This page explains how information submitted through the Roast Bowl partnership form is used.

Information we receive

The form collects the name, company, work email and planning information you choose to provide. It also records basic campaign attribution such as referral and UTM parameters.

How it is used

Information is used to evaluate and respond to the partnership inquiry, prepare relevant proposals and understand which outreach led to the inquiry. It is not sold.

Delivery and retention

Inquiries are delivered to the Roast Bowl partnerships team through the site’s hosting, email or secure webhook providers. Those providers process the information only to host the site, deliver the inquiry and support the team’s business correspondence. Records may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, proposal development and recordkeeping, unless a longer period is required by an active business relationship or law.

Analytics and attribution

The site records page interactions, referral information, campaign parameters and click identifiers when they are present in the URL. This information is used to understand the partnership journey and improve the site. It is not used for automated decision-making.

Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect inquiry data. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
